By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to and accepts the following rules:

Eligibility: Open to residents of the 50 United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least 21 years old. Mazatlan Connection, Alaska Airlines, and their respective related companies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Void in Quebec, Puerto Rico and where prohibited.

Timing: Starting in January, 2008, monthly drawings will award accommodations for 3 nights or more. The drawing for the grand prize of 7 nights for two in an ocean view room at Hotel Playa Mazatlan and roundtrip airfare for two will be April 2, 2010.

Drawings: Winners will be selected randomly by computer. Entrants selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.
