We have some of the best hotels in Mazatlan and the absolute lowest rates. You'll save up to 10%, 20%, 30%, or more on your accommodations. We're so confident about our pricing, that we're willing to bet on it. If you should somehow find a lower price (we don't think you will), we will refund the difference or credit your account if you have not paid in full. To qualify, make your reservation with Mazatlan Connection and pay your deposit. Then, if you find a lower rate, contact us within 48 hours with the pertinent information. The lower price has to be supported with the same terms and conditions, and it has to be for the same type of room, in the same hotel, for the same dates, and occupancy, and include all taxes and fees. This guarantee applies only to on-line rates available to the general public. It does not apply to membership or corporate rates or special discounted rates including, but not limited to, AARP, AAA, military, government, or convention rates. This guarantee does not apply to hotel rooms purchased through or in combination with frequent stay, loyalty, points or other reward type programs, rooms purchased through coupon promotions, won through contests or sweepstakes or transferred or rooms purchased on websites that do not allow you to see the name of the hotel until your reservation is complete. This guarantee applies to the rate for room nights only. Promotional packages that may include additional amenities such as transfers, tours, meals, or entertainment are not eligible. Mazatlan Connection will not be liable for refunds with respect to rates loaded in error by the hotel or any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors. Void where prohibited by law. Mazatlan Connection reserves the right to modify or cancel this guarantee at any time without prior notice. Modifications will be effective upon posting on the Mazatlan Connection web site.
